T-Rex uses advanced 3D CAD-supported engineering to construct a grille designed for uncompromising quality. This grille insert is made from 6061/6063 Billet Aluminum which has been rigorously and meticulously tested for fitment, finish, drivability, and durability.
Straightforward Installation. To install this RAM 3500 Billet Series Upper Grille Insert is relatively straightforward. However, cutting and drilling are required. The original grille insert needs to be cut out from the framework using an air-cutting tool or hacksaw. Then, the new grille is lined up over the framework to see where the bolts need to be drilled to attach the grille to the frame. Finally, the grille insert can be bolted to the framework and bumper.
Structural and Finish Warranty. T-Rex has so much confidence in the structure of their Billet Series Upper Grille Insert that they’ve backed it with a lifetime warranty, and the finish with 3-year coverage. Application. This Upper Grille Insert has been specifically designed to fit Dodge RAM 3500 models built between 2006-2009.
