Description
Lifted Stance. Lift and level out the stance of your 4WD F150 with a Rancho Suspension Lift Kit. This kit provides a fast and easy kit to raise your F-150's ride height by 3-inches. This kit features RS9000XL 9-position adjustable series shocks and struts, tubular control arms, sway bar spacers and rear lift blocks to provide superior on road comfort and off-road performance. The sway bar spacers correct end link angles for roll and sway control of your F-150. The kit was designed with 35-inch tires in mind, and lifts the front by 3-inches. This kit will allow the reuse of OE Wheels and Tires.
Nine Position Adjustable Damping. The adjustable option of the included Rancho RS9000XL Shocks and Struts allows you to adjust damping with just a twist of a knob. The adjustment knob provides a clear understanding of each tuning level with settings 1-3 = on/off-road flexibility, 4-6 = similar to RS5000 Shocks, and 7-9 = performance/towing flexibility. This damping adjustability will elevate the overall handling and performance of your vehicle both on and off-road, giving you the confidence you need to put your F-150 through its paces.
Quality Construction. Manufactured using a gas pressurized tri-tube design, the included Rancho Shocks and Struts feature a 18mm nitro-carburized piston rod with a 1-1/4-inch diameter sintered iron piston to provide heightened control. Rancho Shocks and Struts feature a larger, 2-3/4-inch diameter Strut body that allows for increased fluid capacity to operate cooler with increased vehicle control. The combination of all-weather fluid and low-friction, self-lubricating seals help prolong performance and allow for quicker rebound and smoother compression during the travel cycle. These Shocks and Struts are completed in durable, white powder coated finish for impressive good looks and long lasting durability.
Upper Control Arms. The included Rancho Upper Control Arms were engineered to maintain the ball joint in its normal operating range to prevent excessive wear and tear, as well as improve handling performance. These Control Arms are manufactured from heavy duty tubular steel with red urethane pivot bushings for superior strength. The abrasion-resistant black powder coated finish provides maximum corrosion resistance and impressive good looks. While the greaseable zerk fittings allow for easy maintenance and quiet operation.
Rear Lift Blocks. Rear lift is obtained with the use of 1.5-inch blocks and u bolts. These lift blocks are fabricated from polyurethane for superior strength and light weight. The included u bolts and fasteners allow for a straight forward installation.
Direct Bolt-on Replacement. Rancho designed their Suspension Lift Kit to be a direct bolt on replacement for your F-150’s factory suspension. However, you must re-use the OE Springs and top mounting strut components for installation. Trimming or modification may be required to provide proper clearance for 35-inch tires. Please note that an alignment, by a qualified shop, is highly recommended after installation.
