This diesel fuel lift pump is engineered to deliver consistent pressure and ensure that only the cleanest possible fuel reaches your engine. These factors combine to boost your engine’s performance while helping extend the service life of its fuel injectors.

      Specialized Design. At the heart of this diesel, fuel lift pump is a robust engine with redesigned plumbing and a unique filtration system. These engineered elements work together to give deliver contaminant-free diesel fuel at a reliable 165 gallons per hour. In particular, its motor features heavy-duty internals and internal plumbing characterized by specialized radius cuts. This design offers a smoother fuel flow, avoiding cavitation, which can cause inconsistent pressure. Furthermore, this fuel lift pump utilizes a dual filtrating system consisting of a stainless steel wire-mesh particulate filter and a micro-glass element air/water and fuel separator. This system works to eliminate virtually water, air, and contaminants from reaching your engine’s high-pressure injectors, extending their service life and providing exceptional performance.

      High-Strength Build Quality. This diesel fuel lift pump’s integrated motor housing and fuel plumbing assembly are built from high-grade billet aluminum, making it extremely durable, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant. Likewise, its motor uses robust internals and windings, ensuring consistent performance. Some trimming of items like the over-flow tube is needed to properly fit certain components that come with this kit. Some wiring work is also necessary to connect this assembly with your truck’s electrical system. It is also ideal to have a complete set of mechanics tools to keep the install efficient.
