This bumper assembly features a stark design consisting of a plate and tubular steel elements, giving it a slender look without compromising strength. Moreover, this sleek design helps to increase tire clearance to give you the confidence to drive your truck hard through the trails.
Built-In Light Bar Mount. This Aero series front bumper also includes a mounting area that will accept a 20-inch LED light bar. Specifically, this light bar mount is precision-cut, ensuring your light bar installs cleanly. What’s more, this mount eliminates the need to drill extra mounting holes to install light brackets.
Hardwearing Build Quality. This front bumper assembly utilizes a combination of 11-gauge plate steel and 1.75-inch diameter 0.120-inch walled steel tubes in its construction. This provides the assembly with exceptional strength without the added weight. These plate and tubular steel are then laser cut and CNC machined to a 3D-rendered design, offering a clean look. Rounding out its construction is a black powder coat finish for optimum corrosion protection and eye-catching looks.
Simple Install Procedure. Installing this front bumper is a fairly simple procedure as it’s designed to use factory locations on your truck as its mounting area. You may have to cut out a portion of your intercooler louvers if so equipped. Also, installation is completed using just standard hand tools.
