It helps to remove dirt, water, and other contaminants from the fuel before it enters the engine. This helps to protect the engine and keep it running smoothly. The RAM 3500 diesel fuel filter features a spin-on style and is located underneath the truck's bed.

      Made To Withstand Harsh Conditions. The RAM 3500 diesel fuel filter is made of high-quality materials that can withstand harsh weather conditions from the deserts of Arizona to the mountains of Montana. The filter media is made of cellulose, which helps to remove contaminants from the fuel. Lastly, the housing is made of heavy-duty cast aluminum and features a seal made of nitrile rubber.

      Slip-On Install. A fuel filter, especially on diesel trucks is considered a regular service item and should be replaced as per the manufacturer's recommendations. It has a screw-on neck which can be replaced easily with by those with basic automotive knowledge. Additionally, it does not require any special tools for the swap. Pro tip: Add a little fuel to the gasket in order to get a better seal.
