This cold air intake combines a highly-efficient oiled filter and a turbulence-free air duct designed to provide your truck with large amounts of cold air. This ensures more complete fuel combustion. which in turn improves your truck’s horsepower and torque numbers. This extra power on tap ensures there are no situations both on and off-road that you can’t get out of.
ECU Tuning Not Required. This cold air intake’s free-flowing air duct design provides your truck with more power without the need for an ECU re-tune. That being said, an ECU re-tune in the future can always optimize your engine with this intake, allowing you to get its full potential.
High-Efficiency, Low Maintenance MaxFlow Oiled Filter Included. The included filter with this intake is the high-efficiency, low-maintenance MaxFlow filter. This oiled air filter uses 5 layers of fine filter media to ensure your engine is protected from any contaminants. What’s more, this filter requires maintenance only after 40,000 miles using an appropriate filter cleaner and filter oil.
Tough Build Quality. This cold air intake features a precision-molded polyethylene air duct. This ensures an inner structure that’s free from any turbulence areas, to ensure fast delivery of cold air into your engine. Meanwhile, the included filter box is designed to protect your filter from engine bay heat, significantly extending its life.
