Improved Stance and Handling. Improve your F-150’s stance with the Belltech Performance Handling 1 to 5-Inch Front / 6-Inch Rear Lowering Kit Plus. This lowering kit includes components designed to lower front and rear by 1 to 5 inches and 6 inches, respectively while also leveling off your stance. These factors give your truck an impressive look as well as improved handling courtesy of a lower center of gravity. Moreover, this kit includes a set of performance shocks that will further boost your handling while also ensuring a smooth ride quality.
Premium Front Adjustable Coilover Shocks. This lowering kit achieves its 1 to 5 inches of front drop via a pair of adjustable coilover shocks. These shocks’ adjustable design gives you to option to optimize your truck’s overall style. Meanwhile, the included springs feature a sport-tuned design that will work with the shocks’ preset damping to give you excellent handling performance. What’s more, these coilovers come with integrated progressive rate polymer foam bump stops that will further eliminate damping harshness to further smoothen out its ride quality.
Street Performance Plus Rear Shocks. This lowering kit includes a pair of Belltech Street Performance Plus rear shocks to replace your factory counterparts. These rear shocks offer 12 clicks of compression and 18 clicks of rebound damping, enabling you to fine-tune your truck’s handling performance according to your needs. Additionally, these shocks use 55mm stainless steel shock bodies and 20mm chrome-hardened piston rods, offering long-lasting durability.
Rigid Front Drop Spindles. This lowering kit also includes a pair of drop spindles designed to ensure proper steering geometry is maintained. Specifically, these spindles feature optimized angles to prevent binding and maintain an ideal steering feel. Moreover, these spindles are made from high-quality ductile iron for superior rigidity and are finished in a black powder coating for exceptional corrosion protection.
Rear Flip Kit. This kit’s rear 6-inch drop is provided by a specially designed rear flip kit. This flip kit comes with all the components necessary to efficiently flip your rear leaf springs such as axle saddles, shackles, and U-bolts. More significantly, this kit achieves its axle flip without drastically affecting ride comfort and handling.
No-Nonsense Install Procedure. Installing this lowering kit is a fairly no-nonsense process as each component will install into preexisting locations on your F-150. However, some cutting and drilling are needed, particularly when installing the flip kit. It is also ideal to have a complete set of mechanical tools and sufficient mechanical knowledge so the install proceeds smoothly.
